It’s been a pleasure to work with Vince and his crew. He’s a perfectionist when it comes to the details and a good time manager. His crew is easy to work with and very good at cleaning up each day. We highly recommend hiring Vince for remodels or new construction.

On the advice of our friend and realtor, we purchased a home on the Coast Fork of the Willamette and hired his contractor Vince Ferris to undertake major renovations. Vince and his crew began by constructing a 40′ long deck using trusses to not block the view of the river. Interior work included a completed remodeled kitchen, bathrooms and converting the 2-car garage into a family room.

It was very important that this conversion not look like an add on as you can see from the picture of the front of the house. The right side of the picture was formerly the garage. Interior work included new hardwood floors throughout, windows, doors and trim. Vince and his crew were meticulous in their work and offered many useful suggestions throughout the process. Once the house was completed, they built a 40′ by 50′ pole barn with twin cupolas. Additional projects included remodeling a small barn into a 2 bedroom guest shed, flagstone pathways surrounding the home, metal roofs on the house and all exterior buildings, and new fencing.

Hired Vince to build our barn and was impressed with the craftmanship and attention to detail! After a ton of research into pole barn construction we had a general idea of what we wanted but after talking with Vince it was apparent there was alot we didn’t know. We had thought we would have to hire many different contractors to get the job done as the first one we called did not do excavation or install utillities. I was happy to hear that Vince not only did this but also did the design. We were able to have person get all the work done without going through multiple contractors. The barn truned out better than expected and we were also impressed with the worksite after he was done. Would recomkmend Vince to anyone!

Hired Vince to put in a new exterior door for my garage and Vince’s crew did an amasing job. I still can’t tell it was an addition. It looks like it was built with the house. We had to move electrical and gas lines to make it happen but each time Vince just had another guy stop by and get the work done. Vince was in constant communication with me and his guys alwasy cleaned up after they finsihed. I would recommend then to anyone!
